About TLCS Flagging Portal

This is the MTA Flagging Request Contractor portal. Vendors contracted to work with the MTA can access this portal to submit new and updated flagging requests, track status updates, and manage communication regarding scheduled work requiring MTA professional flaggers.

The TLCS + WTMS Portal provides access to two distinct platforms for managing flagging and worktrain requests. The TLCS Flagging Portal is designed for scheduling and managing flagging operations, while the WTMS Worktrain Portal facilitates worktrain request submissions and coordination with MTA operations.

About WTMS Worktrain Portal

The WTMS Work Train Portal is designed to facilitate the request and management of work trains for various MTA projects. By providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface, this portal ensures efficient planning and coordination between contractors and MTA operations.
